FYI: Kipling is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift box fees, or other additional costs for returns and will not refund original shipping charges. We do not accept cash on delivery or third party billing for returned items.
Do you offer exchange?
We currently do not offer exchanges, but don't worry, if you need to exchange an item for any reason, the most efficient way is to return the original item and place a new order. This will ensure you get the product you need as quickly as possible.
How to return goods online?
Received the goods → Not satisfied → Contact customer service → Meet the return and exchange conditions → Customer service provides the return address and sends the goods → Contact customer service by email and provide a screenshot of the return information → Confirm receipt → Refund
Credit card refund:
Please allow 14 to 18 days for us to process your refund. During peak hours, the processing time may be longer than usual, please be patient! It may take up to two (2) or three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
